Refund Policy (Logo Ping)
All refund requests at Logo Ping will be entertained according to the following policies.
Clients may request for a refund after the initial design concepts. However, once the initial concepts are approved or revised (modified) as per the client’s instructions, refund requests will be nullified and thus no refunds will be considered.
However, we are certain that you will not be making refund request as we have the best in-house designing team comprised of world-class professional designers whose every design is a masterpiece. Ordering any of our offered services is an open declaration that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions given below:
Logo Ping may offer full or minimum refund in the following cases:
- Full refund (excluding 10% service and order processing fee) will be made in the event the client files a refund request before the delivery of the initial designs.
- The client will be provided with 66% refund (excluding 10% service and order processing fee) if the refund is requested within 48 hours (immediately after initial contact).
- The client will be entitled to 33% refund (excluding 10% service and order processing fee) if the refund is requested within 48-120 hours (immediately after initial design delivery).
- After 120 hours immediately after the initial designs’ delivery, the client will no longer be entitled to any refund. However, for the sake of customer satisfaction, we urge clients to contact us for any concerns.
- In case of clients’ inactivity for 60 days or more, no refund requests will be fulfilled. However, clients may reactivate their order against a certain fee which will depend on the project.
- Clients are requested to place their refund requests at the support department of Logo Ping. The company (Logo Ping) reserves complete rights to approve/disapprove and order or refund request if a client violates the user agreement.
- The refund requests will become void upon the delivery of the final design files.
- In case of website design and development order, no refund will be entertained once the website is developed, deployed and live.
- Same refund policies will be applicable to both the Logo Ping custom packages and single packages. For instance, if a client orders logo and website design service and approves the logo but not the website design, the client may ask for a refund for the website design order.
- All refund requests will only be considered if the reasons are valid, i.e., in terms of the client’s designs brief and feedback for revisions. Unless the designs are not created according to the brief provided by the client, no refund requests will be entertained. However, clients will be provided with revisions.
- Money Back guarantee is offered so there will be “trust” between both the parties (client and Logo Ping). However, if a customer is found to be placing the same order with different design agencies with the intention of asking for refund later, it will be considered as a violation of that “trust”. In such a case, the company reserves the right to refuse to pay any refund.
